Hello,
What type of gas cartridge is easy available to buy on Crete?
Is it Campingaz C206? What about Campingaz CV 270 or CV 470?
Or maybe it is safer to take for example - Kelly Kettle? IMHO the last one is a little too heavy for my Lefka Ori trek.

There is another problem. My plane will arrive Chania Akrotiri Airport at June 2nd, 21:35. And I see that new KTEL timetable says that bus to Xiloskalo will be only one, at 7:45 next day.
Shops are open from 8:00. So to buy the gas cartridges I have to stay in Chania all the day?
Is it possible to buy them on the petrol stations and are the petrol stations in the central Chania open all the day?

THERE ARE NOW TWO BUSES TO OMALOS PLATEAU (XILOSKALO), AT 07:45 AND AT 08:45, SO YOU CAN TAKE THE SECOND BUS
AND YOU HAVE THE TIME TO BUY THE THINGS YOU NEED, FROM SHOPS AROUND THE BUS STATION.
MOST SHOPS AROUND THERE AND MINI MARKETS OR BAKERIES OPEN AT 07:30, SO YOU WILL SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM.
ALSO THERE IS A SUPER MARKET CALLED 'INKA SUPER MARKETS' IN THE SQUARE 1866, VERY NEAR THE BUS STATION, WHICH
OPENS WE THINK AT 08:00.
CAMPINGGAZ C206 OR CV270 OR CV470 ARE MOST EASY TO FIND IN TWO SHOPS NEAR THE BUS STATION, THE ONE IS ARETAKIS
SHOP IN THE SQUARE NAMED 1866, FROM WHERE YOU PASS TO GO TO THE BUS STATION AND THE OTHER IS IN KORONAIOU STREET,
ON THE RIGHT SITE OF THE ROAD, THE SECOND SHOP, WHICH IS 20 METERS FROM THE PASSENGER GATE OF THE BUS STATION.
ALSO THERE IS A MINIMARKET IN XILOSKALO, BUT VERY POOR, YOU CAN FIND THERE COFFEE, JUNK FOOD ETC BUT OF COURSE YOU
CAN BUY FROM THERE BOTTLES OF WATER. DONOT MAKE THE MISTAKE, YOU CAN FIND CAMPINGGAZ, ONLY IN THE SHOPS WE WRITE
TO YOY IN THE TOWN OR IN THE SUPER MARKET 'INKA'.
