This spring we are planning a walk Anopoli - Gonia - Aradena Forest - Kroussia - Drakolaki Cave - down the Aradena sidegorge and back to Anopoli.

If anyone could give me a description and advices of the path from Drakolaki Cave dowm the sidegorge to Aradena gorge I would be happy.

Hi Lennert,

I have done this walk two times.
Not far from the Drakoulakis cave you will find the entry to the sidegorge (it is obvious).
But beware: Going down involves a lot of scrambling as there is no path.
Although the direction is obvious the best way has to be found.
I guess this winter will change the upper gorge significantly as there is plenty of water rushing down.
Please don't take any risks as you probably won't get help there (no mobile net and no walkers around).
We also will be in the area in April, maybe we'll meet somewhere?

Thank you for your post. Your description is close to what I imagined. We will take a closer view around Drakoulakis, and if things doesnt feel right we will just return to Kroussia. We will be at Platanos in Anopoli for 14 days, starting in the end of April.
