We will walk from Omalos to Sougia in about 2 weeks, and it would be nice with a stop and some refreshment in Koustogerako!

We passed Koustogerako on the 11th of June and had a stop at the cafe.

We were served beautyful dakos and water and got fresh apricots on the house! The lady is very friendly, but she has far to few customers!!

I recommend everbody who passes through Koustogerako to support her and her cafe!!!

Moin, bin heute im Cafe in Koustogerako gewesen. Es gab lecker Ziege.....

Laut Maria leben 12 Menschen in Koustogerako, hauptsächlich alte Menschen. An den Wochenenden kommen öfters aus Chania ehemalige Bewohner. Das Dorf war heute aber wie ausgestorben, habe nur zwei ältere BewohnerInnen gesehen, die vor ihrem Haus saßen. Eine über 80jährige Jaja las ohne Brille Zeitung.....
